I am a sixth year PhD candidate in the Joint Program in Financial Economics at the University of Chicago.

My primary research area is sustainable finance. I am also interested in environmental economics and  asset pricing.

I am on the 2025-2026 academic job market.

In my job market paper, I use a new dataset and a spatial general equilibrium model to study the impacts of decentralized climate policy. I estimate the model using  a novel measure of the effective emissions tax implied by each regulation, which I infer from equity returns of exposed firms.

Prior to joining the PhD program, I worked in the Finance Division of Columbia Business School as a Predoctoral Research Fellow and as a trader at an investment bank. I graduated from the University of Chicago in 2017 with a double major in Economics and Statistics.

Outside of academics, I enjoy hiking, running/triathlon and baking.
